To celebrate World Gin Day on 13th June, Qantas is offering a cocktail specially designed for the occasion to its First lounges in Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles, and the Hong Kong and Singapore lounges.

Designed by Rockpool, and infamously dubbed the ‘Arch Angel’, the gin-based cocktail lives up to its name. An aperitif style cocktail, the Arch Angel mixes classic charm with spiced and well balanced flavours. Combing Four Pillars Gin, Aperol, Peychauds bitters, sparkling water and a lemon twist.

The Arch Angel will be on offer between 12th – 18th  June.

Four Pillars Gin is one of the most highly awarded Australian gins. From a small distillery, aptly named to reflect the four pillars of their craft in distilling gin; The Still, The Water, The Botanicals, The Love – its perhaps the botanicals that make this gin so very special.

Using native Australian botanicals including Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, lavender and angelica root; and Australian organic whole oranges and finger limes. Then perfectly balanced with Asian spices cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and coriander seeds; and of course juniper berries.
